Bigg Jus And Radioinactive On Tour | 08/2006 | Bigg Jus and Mush Records' alum Radioinactive will be hitting the road, touring the western United States including Hawaii, late this month. Jus will be performing tracks from Poor People's Day as well as selected songs from his previous solo and Company Flow work. Bigg Jus Submits Video For Hieronymus Bosch | 08/2006 | Bigg Jus teamed up with Stemspot, who has created videos for Diplo's "Thingamajawn," Madvillain's "Shadows of Tomorrow," and Jus' own "Silver Back Mountain King," to create a video for the track "Illustrations of Hieronymus Bosch... Antimc Delivers Debut Solo Full Length | 08/2006 | Antimc has handed in the master to his first full-length solo album, It's Free, But It's Not Cheap. Recorded while working on his previous Mush releases and in between touring with Boom Bip, Busdriver, Radioinactive, among others; the album is a collection of nine songs, with guests: Anthony Anzalone (frontman of Japanese hardcore band Issei Sagawa, formerly of the Mean Reds), Busdriver, Cadence Weapon, Andrew Broder (the mastermind behind Fog), Saafir, and Mark Mitchell (of Mush Records' own Clue to Kalo), that will establish him as one of Los Angeles' elite beatsmiths as well as a producer/songwriter in his own right. The album has been licensed for the UK and Europe by upstart Scottish label KFM Records. Look for the album to release this fall. |

K-The-I??? To Release Mush Album | 07/2006 | All the details have been ironed out, the album has been mixed, and K-The-I???'s Mush Records debut, Broken Love Letter has been handed in. For those who don't know him yet, K-The-I??? is a Cambridge, MA based emcee who has been making noise on the East Coast for some time now, most recently with his work on the latest NMS record (with Bigg Jus and Orko Eloheem). His latest album, Broken Love Letter, is a hip-hop breakup record, full of thick production and brilliant lyrics. Look for Broken Love Letter to be in stores mid-fall. Nobody & Mystic Chords Of Memory To Headline One Night Of Devendra Curated Festival | 07/2006 | Nobody & Mystic Chords of Memory have been asked to play the Devendra Banhart curated festival Hypnorituals and Mesmemusical Miracles Hanging in the Sky: 5 Nights of Soleros and Bandoleros at El Cid!!!!!!! to be held over four days at Los Angeles' El Cid night club. They will be headlining the third night, July 20, sharing the evening with Subtitle, Mountain Party and others. Names announced so far for the festival, which runs July 18-21, include Jana Hunter, Sir Richard Bishop of the Sun City Girls, and Coconut Scarcity of Tanks Hecuba.
