Really dig this 10" by Fisk Industries. Track one is like eerie atmospherics & twinkles with morphing rising & ebbing synths & slashing samurai swords underpinned by an fine understated break. The second track has a more dubby feel to it with an echo laden beat & chill out atmospherics with a fairly meaty bassline. There's other tracks too. But you'll have to buy it to hear them.
