| 4 Bonjour S Parties is Japanese indie pop at its finest. This debut album is a collection of seven of Tokyo's best musicians crafted together out of the pure joy of making music. With a combination of male and female vocals, sung in both English and Japanese they create a dreamscape setting. One that will uplift you into another world of Neu-inspired repetition using modern electronics, wind instruments, keyboards, and 60's inspired guitar jangle pop. They create such a dreamy and aural pleasure that you'll find yourself relaxed and constantly daydreaming. Fans of Air, Cornelius, Fourtet, and Broadcast should take note. 4/5 stars. - Crashin' In |
