| He is the mastermind behind the highly innovative band, Head Like a Kite. Dave Einmo approaches his songwriting and creative style in the same way that a music producer or DJ would, layering the boom of a rhythmic beat with loops and samples ranging from jazz to shoegaze. The end result can be heard on Head Like a Kite's latest release, There is Loud Laughter Everywhere. The disc boasts hotter than hell singles like "We Were So Entangled" (one of Einmo's personal favorites) as well as the cool and captivating, "Daydream Vacation," featuring Asya from the band, Smoosh. - The Westside Eclectic |
