| This is what happens when you finally drop out of art school and go on a strict diet of cough syrup... you fucking snap, and before you know it, you make a record that is a giant sample fart and jerk-off fest but you don't care because the end product smells as good as it feels. Still with me? Didn't think so... because it's more of a "we're too smart for our own good" sound collage. But what's really frustrating about In the Shadow of the Living Room is that it works. Reaching Quiet is why? and odd nosdam (aka 2/3 of cLOUDDEAD). Is it starting to make sense now? You should own this record. In fact you should own this record and play it while you're also playing the Songs in the Key of Z compilation while watching Cooley High, and then it will all make sense. - Heckler |
