| Nobody & Mystic Chords of Memory's Tree Colored See is the trio's full-length. It is the follow up to a fruitful period of collaboration in which they accented each other's respective releases. Tree Colored See is an ambient decoupage of simpatico lyrics and music box sound. It weaves the astral effects of Nobody's (aka Elvin Estela's) well known hip-hop beats with former Beechwood Sparks singer/guitarist Chris Gunst's hollow and arid 45 vocals. Jen Cohen (Aisler's Set), Gunst and Estela have created a precise and whimsical 39-minute introspective soundtrack. Subtle waves of James Brown and Neil Young composed with pulsing tides of psychedelia leave one with an overall sense of well-being, ready for another hit and a good game of hopscotch in the clouds. - Anthem |
