| The second track from Daedelus Denies the Day's Demise (his fifth album in as many years) "Sundown" is as brilliant as the noon-time shine, as the Westside producer has taken his craft to a new level. While the original version of the song offers tropical (crazy Latin percussion) vibes mixed with invigorating crowd cheers, Elliot Lipp and Leo 23 add a tech-house feel to the Dark Party remix. But all versions, especially the last by Lulu Mushi, with its dreamy vocal, provide that wistful expansiveness we have come to expect from Daedelus. - BPM |
