| The 2nd album from Seattle’s Dave Einmo and co. is an excellent set of adventurous electro-rock that uses found sound gathered at various cities during the band’s 2006 US tour as a musical base to build a variety of imaginative pop songs blending glitchy electronics, hip hop, German prog-rock, indie-pop and more into a colorful cinematic road trip. Einmo’s aided by a stellar supporting cast, including members of Crooked Fingers, the Long Winters, Smoosh, Radio 4 and Preston School of Industry, along with Graig Markel and HLAK touring partner/drummer Trent Moorman. - KEXP |
