| With an angryish, gravelly, machine gun delivery, Aesop spits his line in the sand through twenty tracks that establish him as hip-hop visionary, whatever the attitude. Underground whiz kids Slug and Doseone drop in with spirited cameos, but this is Aesop's thing and he establishes a mood which is either empowering or damning, depending on which side of his finger you're on. Giving Float even more levity is the production work by Aesop and Blockhead. It's darkness on the edge and throughout town as Aesop sees it, and best to get while the getting is good. - Velocity |
