| Fat Jon, the producer for BUKA Entertainment's Five Deez, knows how to make beats, anybody that heard Blue Light Special knows that. What you might not have known is that Fat Jon is also prolific, so much so that he felt it necessary to bless the world over with this instrumental EP - essentially five instrumentals that recall the silver age late 80's/early 90's hip-hop. If you like producers like Shawn J. Period, Dj Spinna, Hi-Tek, or J Rawls, or artists like Unspoken Heard, Raw Produce, or the Sound Providers, definitely seek this out. It's lovely for taking mic breaks, dropping spoken-word pieces, or just chilling while you work. - Mind Spring |
