| After three intriguing LPs, Exquiste Corpse is more team effort than solo joint. The LA oddball - sound freak - Alfred Weisberg-Roberts - here pairs the verbal waffle of indie-rap deities MF Doom, Mike Ladd, Sci and TTC with his own dexterous productions - think Aphex doing Disney. Throughout Daedelus conjures up twee psychedelia that's never sweeter when Laura Darling sings the lullaby sings the lullaby "Now & Sleep." A pretty mess. - Uncut |
