| Lush and heartfelt debut album for this new alias of Australian Mark Mitchell licensed to Leaf from the USA avant hip-hop label Mush. Mark has previously recorded for Tim Koch's Surgery imprint as SuperScience. Come Here When You Sleepwalk is ten tracks of blue soul drenched minimal electronica with Mark's slight vocals and acoustic guitar accompaniment. Atmospherically similar in places to the awesome Xela album on Neo Ouija. On the vocal front occasionally Jason Pierce (Spiritualised) comes to mind at his most bruised and fragile. A seriously good album of emotional vocal led electronica and acoustic vibrations. - Pelican Neck |
